out of the box ’25 is an ENSA initiation trip between St. Antony Dago Kokore Secondary School in Kisumu, Kenya, and GSM in Bremen. The aim of the meetings is to get to know each other, plan joint projects, including student exchange programmes, and establish a school partnership between the two schools. Four teachers and two students are participating on the Kenyan side, and three teachers and three students on the German side. One of the Kenyan teachers is our friend Freddy Omodi Otieno, with whom we have been working since 2017.
The German group will be in Kenya from 22 April to 4 May 2025. The Kenyan group will return the visit from 13 August to 25 August 2025.
